Recorded in December 2012 January 2013 in prep for live shows in January 2013. The first version of '1.1' became "1.Foreground 2. Background".

Mostly 'Territory and Population' structured pieces ... real time bass, percussion, keys etc.. with downtempo drum loops. These three tracks are variations using the same ingredients.

The real time bass line was the first part recorded each time.

If you close your eyes for too long, it will be different when you open them.

Perhaps a distant relative of an earlier track 'The first seven days'
